10th Annual Celebration of the Humanities
Netsense was a proud sponsor of the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities 10th annual celebration and achievement showcase. The evening was a showcase for Humanities Council grantee projects, and also featured awards ceremonies, raffles, and live and silent auctions.
This year, the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities honored William Vareika, gallery owner and specialist in 18th and 19th century American art with the Honorary Chairs' Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Humanities. Jeannine Chartier, Executive and Artistic Director of VSA arts Rhode Island, was awarded the Tom Roberts Prize for Creative Achievement in the Humanities.
